About the role

We are looking for a Business Advisor to join our sales unit, focusing on payroll clients and promoting a range of financial products. The role involves developing relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to existing, potential, and new payroll clients.
• Conduct follow‑up calls (telemarketing) to maintain client relationships.
• Promote passive financial products and tailored financial solutions.
• Track commercial opportunities through to closure.
• Achieve established sales goals.

Required profile

• High‑school level education (graduated to medium level).
• Minimum 1 year experience selling financial products (credits, cards, insurance, etc.) in banks, cooperatives, or similar entities.
• Strong commercial focus and goal‑orientation.
• Ability to provide consistent client follow‑up.
• Availability to work onsite.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of Q 6,500.00 plus a Q 250.00 incentive bonus.
• Variable compensation equivalent to one month’s salary when targets are met (minimum 80% achievement).
• Fuel allowance and corporate mobile phone.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 17:00.
• Onsite work environment.
