About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to develop and maintain a field portfolio of clients in the electronic cigarettes market. The role focuses on prospecting, order taking, and strengthening commercial relationships without handling product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Visit the assigned client portfolio regularly and prospect new customers.
• Generate sales, achieve set commercial targets, and open new accounts.
• Take orders, follow up internally, and ensure proper order processing.
• Maintain close, professional relationships with clients and identify growth opportunities.
• Present product portfolio, promotions, pricing, and new releases.
• Monitor product rotation, detect replenishment needs, and report market insights.
• Keep client and prospect information up to date and follow the established visit schedule.
• Comply with commercial policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines for the product category.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mass‑consumption sales, preferably field sales in traditional channels, convenience stores, distributors or retail.
• Proven track record in prospecting, opening new accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Own a well‑maintained motorcycle and a valid motorcycle driving license.
• Willingness to work 100% in the field and travel throughout the assigned zone.
• Reside in or near the coverage area.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Excel.

What we offer

• Hybrid work model with field visits.
• Base salary between Q4,500‑Q6,000 plus an attractive commission scheme (~10% of monthly sales).
