About the role
The Sales Advisor will work on‑site at CINTAMAX in Guatemala, interacting directly with customers to understand their needs and propose suitable products and services. This full‑time position focuses on delivering a positive buying experience while driving revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, identifying their requirements.
- Present product demonstrations and prepare accurate quotations.
- Negotiate, handle objections, and close sales transactions.
- Follow up on commercial opportunities and manage order processing.
- Support the organization of the point‑of‑sale area.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Participate in internal training sessions on products and sales techniques.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, including negotiation and objection handling.
- Result‑oriented mindset with good time‑management skills.
- Willingness to receive and apply product and sales training.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with office software (word processing, spreadsheets).
