About the role

Motoshop VRC, a leading motorcycle and accessories retailer in Guatemala, is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join its store team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and services while delivering a friendly, reliable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store, identifying their needs.
• Present product options, prepare quotations, and follow up on budgets.
• Close sales and ensure a smooth purchase process.
• Maintain product displays, keep merchandise organized, and support store layout.
• Answer customer questions, provide after‑sale support, and participate in in‑store promotions.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven experience in customer service and sales, with a talent for detecting needs and finalising deals.
• Willingness to support internal training and share product knowledge.
• Basic computer proficiency and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Full‑time onsite availability, proactive, responsible and organized.
