About the role

The Financial Advisor will work at GCF Leasing in Guatemala City, helping corporate and individual clients identify and implement tailored leasing solutions. The role combines strategic prospecting, technical financial advice, and end‑to‑end management of leasing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client financial needs and design customized leasing proposals.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, prepare financing simulations and economic proposals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain approvals and monitor the progress of operations.
• Follow up the portfolio to guarantee proper evolution and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and financial planning abilities.
• Knowledge of financial statements, profitability analysis and product diversification.
• Experience in financial advisory, preferably in leasing or related services.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets and digital tools.
• Clear communication, negotiation, teamwork and a results‑oriented, ethical attitude.

Required skills

• Excel (advanced spreadsheet modeling).
