About the role

We are seeking a Technical Advisor for Baking and Pastry to support our clients in the effective use of flours for a wide range of baked products. The role involves providing expert guidance, training, and product development services to industrial and artisanal customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the company’s flour portfolio to create and test new recipes for bread, pastries and related products.
• Define the tools, equipment and facilities required for client training sessions.
• Advise customers on flour selection, pricing, margin setting and production methods.
• Train client staff and internal technical teams on production processes and flour applications.
• Develop new market‑driven products and resolve technical issues in both artisanal and industrial bakeries.
• Design product prototypes, conduct trials and specify necessary materials.
• Monitor client satisfaction and follow‑up on service needs.
• Ensure product quality and safety in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM).
• Prepare technical reports, analyses and competitive assessments of flours.

Required profile

• University degree (or final‑year student) in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Gastronomy, Culinary Arts or related fields.
• Technical training in food science or baking.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within the country.
• Minimum three years of experience in bakery or pastry operations.
• Strong knowledge of flours, premixes and recipe formulation.
• Experience handling industrial bakery equipment.
