About the role

Scube, S.A. is looking for a Cybersecurity Commercial Advisor to drive business growth in Guatemala. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and present tailored cybersecurity solutions while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads in the information security market.
• Organize meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up on offers until closure.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and commercial presentations for potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in IT, telecommunications, or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to detect opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong consultative selling skills.
• Systematic follow‑up of leads, proposals, and key accounts.
• Motivation to learn technical concepts and obtain cybersecurity certifications.
• Excellent oral and written communication, result‑orientation, and autonomous work in a hybrid setting.
