About the role

The company is looking for a Sales Advisor to provide personalized service to customers, promote cowboy‑style products, and help achieve store sales targets. The role includes managing daily store operations, cash handling, inventory control, and ensuring an attractive point‑of‑sale presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and advise customers throughout the purchase process.
• Promote boots, hats, belts, clothing, accessories and other cowboy‑style items.
• Meet individual and store sales goals.
• Open and close the store, manage cash register, process payments and daily cash reconciliation.
• Control inventory, receive merchandise and maintain accurate stock records.
• Keep the store clean, organized and visually appealing.
• Prepare and send sales, cash and inventory reports.
• Implement promotions, displays and price changes.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, cash handling or store management.
• Availability to work mall hours, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal communication and professional appearance.
• Goal‑oriented, organized, proactive and able to work in a team.
• Honest, responsible and resident in Quetzaltenango or able to commute to Interplaza Xela.
