About the role

Grupo Suca is seeking a Fuel Dispatcher to oversee the supply of fuel at its service stations. The position requires ensuring that each station is stocked appropriately while delivering courteous, high‑quality service to every customer who visits the station.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fuel deliveries and manage inventory levels across multiple stations.
• Monitor fuel stock, record transactions, and report any discrepancies.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with station managers to forecast demand and schedule refueling operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in fuel or service stations.
• Education at a diversified (high‑school) level.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude and a well‑presented appearance.
