About the role

We are looking for a proactive Banking Services Assistant to perform administrative and operational tasks within our Business Center. The role involves promoting the institution's financial products and delivering personalized, high‑quality service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities in the Business Center.
• Promote and explain the bank’s services and financial products to customers.
• Provide excellent, personalized assistance and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and maintain numerical records.
• Ensure a professional presentation and uphold the institution’s service standards.

Required profile

• High‑school level education (diversified graduation).
• At least one year of experience in customer service (preferred).
• Strong orientation toward client assistance and problem solving.
