Auxiliar contable – Construcción

About the role

The Accounting Assistant will ensure accurate recording, control, and analysis of financial operations for an assigned construction site. The role bridges on‑site execution with the budgeting department, guaranteeing proper cost‑center allocation, inventory control, and purchase validation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the accounting records and controls for the assigned construction project.
• Receive, review, validate, and process invoices related to project purchases and services.
• Assign expenses to the correct cost centers and ensure proper classification.
• Manage and control site inventory, confirming receipt, registration, storage, and disposition of materials.
• Prepare and present periodic reports to the budgeting department on purchase status and material traceability.
• Maintain a physical presence on the construction site to ensure effective operational, administrative, and accounting oversight.

Required profile

• Student in the 2nd or 3rd year of Public Accounting and Auditing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory handling, control, and audit.
• Preferably experienced in real‑estate or construction companies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and information‑tracking abilities.
