About the role

The company is looking for a Warehouse Assistant who can ensure the proper receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of products. The role requires maintaining order, control, and cleanliness in the warehouse while meeting productivity indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, load, unload, and store products.
• Operate gas or electric forklifts to move and position goods.
• Verify conditions and quantities of incoming merchandise.
• Record inbound and outbound movements according to established processes.
• Support inventory counts and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety of the work area.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or incidents.
• Follow industrial safety and equipment handling procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 3rd grade of basic education.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Assistant or Delivery Assistant.
• Residency in Escuintla or nearby areas.
• Responsible, proactive, organized, and process‑oriented.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including half‑day Saturdays.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (gas or electric) – mandatory.

What we offer

• Base salary of Q3,820 plus Q250 legal bonus (total Q4,070 per month).
• Additional performance bonus up to 10% of base salary.
