Auxiliar de Bodega – Equipo Médico

About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of medical‑surgical equipment. The role ensures accurate inventory control, proper rotation using FIFO (PEPS) and timely delivery to internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and record incoming medical‑surgical products and equipment.
• Document all outgoing movements, preparing orders for shipment and checking quantities and conditions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date physical inventory and system records, applying the FIFO method to guarantee correct stock rotation.
• Monitor expiration dates and control minimum/maximum stock levels.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits to reconcile physical counts with system data.
• Coordinate deliveries and receipts with relevant departments, keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
• Generate reports on inventory, dispatches and product movements.

Required profile

• High school graduate (Perito Contador) or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in warehouse, inventory or dispatch roles, preferably with medical equipment.
• Own motorcycle and valid licence for commuting to the workplace.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet dispatch deadlines and pay attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of FIFO (PEPS) inventory methodology.
