About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to manage the receipt, storage, control and dispatch of products in our Mixco facility. The role ensures accurate inventory handling, order preparation and timely deliveries while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming products in the warehouse.
• Load, unload and arrange merchandise.
• Prepare orders according to dispatch requirements.
• Verify quantities, codes and product conditions before shipment.
• Support inventory control and update records.
• Conduct physical stock counts when required.
• Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area.
• Assist with proper product rotation and storage.
• Complete documentation related to dispatches.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure correct and timely deliveries.
• Follow safety procedures and proper product handling guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Experience in order preparation, product control and inventory management.
• Physical ability to perform job‑related tasks.
• Organized, responsible and process‑oriented.
• Availability to work in Zona 4, Mixco, Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:30 and occasional Saturdays.
• Preferably owns a motorcycle.
