About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support the logistics operation of a leading bookstore and stationery company in Guatemala City. The role involves loading and unloading goods, managing inventory, and ensuring paperwork is up‑to‑date. Immediate hiring for candidates located near Zone 10.

Key responsibilities

• Perform loading and unloading of merchandise at the warehouse and various branches.
• Control and update inventory records.
• Execute basic warehouse processes such as sorting, storing, and retrieving items.
• Maintain accurate and current paperwork related to stock movements.
• Travel to different branches within the capital and Antigua Guatemala as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and presentation standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a warehouse assistant.
• Responsible, punctual, proactive and service‑oriented.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work flexible hours and travel between locations.
