About the role
The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for executing inventory control and movement activities according to established procedures, ensuring the reliability and safeguarding of all goods under their charge.
Key responsibilities
- Perform physical inventory counts of various materials to maintain accurate physical and accounting records.
- Record all inventory transactions and movements promptly to support timely accounting closures.
- Control proper storage of materials, guaranteeing order, protection, and quality.
- Conduct field visits to validate and label fixed assets, ensuring their existence and condition.
- Assist internal customers with material requests, upholding service standards and procedural compliance.
Required profile
- Medium‑level education (high school diploma or equivalent).
- Ability to work with inventory management procedures and documentation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using SAP for inventory transactions.
