About the role
We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant (Comodín 3) to join our GCG team in Guatemala. As part of a company with 70 years of experience serving airlines, airports and enterprises across the Caribbean and Latin America, you will help ensure smooth kitchen operations and support service coverage in a multicultural environment. The role involves assisting the culinary team, preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the dining experience high‑quality. You will work alongside more than 5,500 experts who share a passion for excellence, discipline and customer focus.
