About the role

The company is looking for a Logistics and Sales Assistant to support daily operations, handle customer interactions, and ensure smooth movement of goods. This position works closely with the sales and logistics teams to meet client needs and maintain efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating logistics activities, including scheduling deliveries and tracking shipments.
• Support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and processing orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and sales transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any logistical issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to transportation and logistics.

Required profile

• High school diploma; university studies in Administration, Engineering or related fields are preferred.
• Own transportation is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Organized and responsible in managing logistical tasks.
