About the role

The Maintenance Assistant supports the smooth operation of facilities by supervising, coordinating, and monitoring installations, equipment, and systems. Working closely with the operations team, this role ensures that all assets remain in good condition and that any issues are addressed promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the condition of installations, equipment, and systems on a daily basis.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and follow up on work orders to guarantee timely completion.
• Perform basic repair and preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and other equipment.
• Document maintenance actions, report irregularities, and suggest improvements to enhance reliability.

Required profile

• Hands‑on attitude with the ability to carry out basic maintenance and repair work efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills to track tasks, schedules, and equipment status.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the operations team and follow established safety procedures.
