About the role
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Store Assistant to join our Miniso location in Parque Las Américas. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a tidy store environment, and supporting sales activities during all operating hours.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
- Maintain product displays, restock shelves, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly.
- Respond to customer inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Required profile
- Must be of legal adult age.
- High‑school level education (diversified diploma).
- Flexible availability to work varying store schedules.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
