Bilingual Customer Marketing Coordinator – Foodservice

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a bilingual Customer Marketing Coordinator to drive brand strategy and execution across its Foodservice, Institutional, Travel, franchise, vending and tender channels. The role will support the Salty, Quaker and Gamesa business units in quick‑service restaurants (QSR) and travel‑to‑target (TT) environments, aiming for sustainable growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of PepsiCo brand strategies for all sub‑channels, including Foodservice (QSR), Institutional, Travel, special accounts, vending machines and franchises.
• Plan, implement and monitor the monthly marketing calendar and budget, ensuring alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Analyse P&L of key initiatives, track performance, and report monthly business reviews covering end‑to‑end AFH activities.
• Collaborate with creative, media and production agencies to execute brand activations and point‑of‑sale communications.
• Work closely with logistics and finance teams to optimise processes and drive cost‑effective execution.
• Maintain regular meetings with key accounts and develop world‑class customer engagement capabilities.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in brand, trade, field or commercial marketing, preferably within FMCG/CPG.
• Background in foodservice, QSR, HORECA or franchise environments.
• Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns, budgets and financial analysis (P&L).
• Strong collaboration skills with agencies and internal cross‑functional teams.
