About the role

This position focuses on delivering customer experience solutions for the financial services sector. The Bilingual Customer Service Advisor handles money transfers, compliance, fraud prevention, and account inquiries while maintaining high service quality across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional phone support for complex financial service inquiries.
• Process and verify money transfers and payment status updates with high accuracy.
• Implement compliance procedures and fraud‑prevention measures.
• Handle customer escalations while adhering to financial security protocols.
• Analyze transaction patterns to identify service‑improvement opportunities.
• Document customer feedback to enhance support processes.
• Maintain service quality during high‑volume periods and coordinate workflow efficiency with management.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in financial services, banking or related fields (desirable).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• On‑site work modality.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• English B2 spoken and written (CEFR).
• Legal documentation: NITDPI.
