Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Remote LatAm

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing remote team. This 100% remote, entry‑level, full‑time position is open to candidates anywhere in Latin America who want to build a career in bilingual customer support and virtual assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Multichannel Support – handle routine inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Account & Troubleshooting – assist with basic account updates and standard technical troubleshooting.
• Workflow & CRM – manage follow‑ups, update interaction logs in CRM systems, and escalate complex issues.
• Admin & Collaboration – work with internal teams to resolve queries and support administrative operations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1‑C2).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support, administration, or virtual assistance.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and a backup connection.
