About the role
Join Allied Global as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, handling inbound inquiries for a leading BPO client. The position offers a structured schedule with fixed Sundays off and attractive earnings.
Required profile
- Advanced English level: C1 minimum (written and spoken).
- Strong customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
- Availability to work on‑site at Pacific 2, Guatemala City.
What we offer
- Total earning potential up to Q7,310.00 per month (base salary Q5,500.00 + variable bonuses up to Q1,810.00).
- Fixed Sundays off during production.
- Paid training and nesting (15 days each) with a Monday‑Friday schedule (07:00‑16:00).
- Various day and mid‑day shift options (e.g., 07:30‑15:30, 08:00‑16:00, 12:00‑20:00).
