Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

About the role

As a Member Services Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Access members, organizations, and merchants, delivering world‑class customer service through phone and occasional email support. You will help drive member loyalty, promote the use of Access discounts, and guide users in navigating our website and discount cards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to members, organizations, and merchants via inbound phone calls.
• Spend the majority of the day (80‑85%) assisting members through inbound calls.
• Educate members on website usage and available merchant discounts.
• Activate member discount cards and guide callers through the website.
• Troubleshoot website issues and resolve error‑related queries.
• Cross‑sell Access products when appropriate.
• Collect and report member information for non‑compliant merchants.
• Assist with various projects and ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Experience handling travel accounts (a plus).
• Strong telephone, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients over the phone.
• Understanding of loyalty programs is a significant advantage.
