About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This remote position supports a leading U.S. personal injury law firm by guiding clients through the initial steps of their legal journey.

Key responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls from prospective clients
• Conducting personal injury intake interviews and gathering essential case information
• Qualifying potential cases and scheduling consultations with attorneys
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing an empathetic client experience

Required profile

• 1+ year of personal injury intake experience with a U.S. law firm
• Proven ability to close personal injury leads and convert prospects into retained clients
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• Comfortable handling high‑volume inbound leads and maintaining a sales‑focused approach

Required skills

• Experience with legal CRM platforms such as Clio, Litify, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, or MyCase
