Bilingual Sales Agent (C1) – Morning Shift

About the role

Join a fast‑growing travel sales team as a Bilingual Sales Agent working exclusive morning shifts. You will be based on‑site at Plaza Zona 4 and start on 17 August 2026, enjoying a schedule that lets you finish your workday by early afternoon.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote the TravelPass product.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM with prospect information.
• Participate in paid training sessions and apply learned sales techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent English at C1 level (85 %+ conversational proficiency).
• Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred).
• No high‑school diploma required; focus is on skill and attitude.
• Available to work on‑site in Plaza Zona 4 and start on the announced date.
• Willingness to work flexible morning start times (04:00‑06:00) and take one flexible day off during the week.

Required skills

• English C1 conversational proficiency.
• Strong verbal communication and sales persuasion.
