Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Viva is looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a high‑level executive at a US or Canadian startup. The role is fully remote and focuses on both administrative and operational tasks, helping the executive stay organized and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Own the executive's calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, develop SOPs, maintain documentation, manage projects, and coordinate internally.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a leadership or customer‑service role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
• C1 level English, both written and spoken.
• At least one previous role with a minimum of two‑year tenure.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
• Proactive by default, not only when asked.
