Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

Viva is seeking a bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant to support a senior executive at a US or Canadian startup. This full‑time remote position is open to candidates located in several Latin American countries and offers a stable, long‑term career path.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, create reports, SOPs, documentation, and coordinate projects across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Experience working remotely in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, Paraguay or Nicaragua.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Slack.
• Familiarity with Notion.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total.
