About the role

This full‑time remote position supports a growing U.S. cash‑pay/concierge medical practice. The Bilingual Virtual Medical Administrative & Patient Growth Coordinator acts as the practice’s front‑line voice, handling high‑volume calls, managing back‑office workflows, and converting prospective leads into members.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls in English and Spanish, schedule appointments, confirm or reschedule visits, and provide courteous patient communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records, organize provider task queues, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Conduct lead conversion activities: follow up with warm leads via call/text, explain membership models, assist with enrollment, and drive patient acquisition.
• Support membership onboarding, billing, renewals, and retention through consistent follow‑up.
• Identify administrative issues, investigate root causes, and propose actionable solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish with a warm, confident phone demeanor.
• Minimum 2 years experience supporting a U.S. medical practice in front‑office or patient‑coordination roles.
• Self‑directed problem‑solver who takes ownership of tasks without constant supervision.
• Comfort making outbound calls to prospective patients and guiding them toward appointments.

Required skills

• HIPAA compliance knowledge and a private, compliant home workspace.
• Proficiency with phone systems and scheduling software.
• Experience using membership CRM/lead‑management platforms and recurring billing tools.
