BIM Modeler – Architectural Projects

About the role
We are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our team and create architectural project models using Autodesk Revit. The role involves translating technical drawings into detailed 3D BIM models and supporting the design workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Model architectural projects in Revit.
- Develop and update BIM models according to project requirements.
- Produce and modify architectural drawings derived from the BIM model.
- Interpret and coordinate information from CAD plans and other sources.
- Maintain order, quality, and documentation of all models.
Required profile
- Student or graduate in Architecture.
- Minimum 1 year of BIM modeling experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic SketchUp.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
- Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work in a team.

What we offer
- On‑site work in Zona 10, Guatemala City.
- Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.
