Brand Communications Graphic Designer

About the role

The Brand Communications Graphic Designer supports the MandC (Marketing & Communications) Delivery team by creating brand‑compliant visual solutions that are both creative and cost‑effective. Working closely with various internal teams, the role ensures consistent brand messaging across all deliverables while fostering collaboration and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver graphic assets that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Collaborate with MandC teams and stakeholders to understand visual communication needs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Support the manager in planning and executing design activities.
• Act as an advocate for best practices and innovative design approaches.

Required profile

• Strong ability to build relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Reasonable understanding of the MandC domain and its visual communication standards.
