About the role
Are you ready to turn market opportunities into meaningful growth? As the Business Development Manager for the Caribbean and Central America (CCA) region, you will shape customer sales strategies, build trusted relationships, and connect customers with product‑line solutions that drive strong financial results.
Key responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor to assigned customers by leveraging deep knowledge of relevant brands, products, technologies, and solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account‑growth plans, strengthen partnerships, and generate demand through value‑added solutions, seminars, training, and resource awareness.
- Transform program data into actionable insights, share results, identify challenges, and recommend growth strategies to the Account Manager.
- Monitor product, competitor, technology, customer, and market trends while cultivating productive relationships with field suppliers.
- Contribute to additional initiatives and priorities as business needs evolve.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum three years of relevant professional experience.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong knowledge of an assigned product or service line and curiosity to learn the broader portfolio.
- Experience guiding small to mid‑sized accounts of moderate complexity toward growth.
- Self‑directed mindset with a drive to improve sales and service processes.
- Proven track record of building direct customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and increasing sales.
- Collaborative, results‑focused approach with ownership of outcomes that contribute to team success.
