Category Manager – Global Brands

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Category Manager to lead the Global Brands cluster for Caricam, overseeing iconic brands such as Doritos, Lay’s and Cookies across the region. You will develop and execute growth strategies that align with global brand frameworks and drive market performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual brand growth plans, monitoring KPIs like revenue, volume, market share and brand health.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital, shopper, PR and experiential channels.
• Drive innovation pipelines, manage stage‑gate processes and commercialize new products.
• Translate global strategies into consistent local execution, ensuring brand positioning and visual identity.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance and agency partners to achieve business results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing; Master’s preferred.
• 6‑8 years of managerial experience in consumer goods, preferably as Brand or Marketing Manager.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work with senior leadership.
