Client Executive (Retail) – Caribbean Central America

About the role

The Client Executive (Retail) for the Caribbean Central America (CCA) region will support partners in both nationwide and global initiatives. You will own the customer business plan, pricing model and drive market share for TD SYNNEX across the retail sector.

Key responsibilities

• Create and own a comprehensive business plan covering value proposition, geographic coverage, marketing, and pricing.
• Set quarterly and annual sales goals, track performance, and conduct regular business reviews with BU and supplier teams.
• Travel up to 75% of the time to develop executive‑level relationships with strategic and ISV partners.
• Identify sales leads, develop operational plans, and advocate TD SYNNEX capabilities at the customer’s corporate level.
• Proactively communicate with customers to resolve satisfaction issues and design corrective action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
• Full knowledge of assigned product/service line and ability to work on small to mid‑size accounts.
• Ability to work with some supervision while delivering results independently.
• Professional demeanor in a hybrid work environment with occasional overtime as needed.
