Clinical Psychologist (Telehealth/Onsite)

About the role

Intellect Care is expanding its network of Clinical Psychologists to deliver high‑quality mental health support via telehealth and occasional onsite sessions. You will work with a collaborative team to help clients manage a variety of mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth or onsite mental health consultations for Intellect’s clients.
• Address a broad range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs.

Required profile

• Minimum Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (or Counselling Psychology for counsellors) with at least 300 post‑qualification clinical hours.
• Active, valid professional license for the country of practice.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Preferred experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling, or managerial coaching.
• Willingness to work onsite occasionally if needed.

Required skills

• Expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence‑based approaches.
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
