Cobrador Domiciliar – Recaudación en Ruta

About the role

We are looking for dynamic and committed individuals to perform on‑site payment collection across the city and surrounding municipalities. The position requires a personal motorcycle and a good knowledge of the local area.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned zones to collect outstanding payments from customers.
• Use a GPS device or smartphone navigation to reach collection points efficiently.
• Enter collection data into a computer system and maintain accurate records.
• Provide courteous customer service while handling payment negotiations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in collections, messenger services, or customer service (preferred).
• Own motorcycle in good condition and a valid Type M driver’s license.
• Strong familiarity with the city and ability to navigate using GPS.
• Basic computer literacy to record transactions.
