About the role
Axalta is seeking a Colorista to join its team in Guatemala City. The role involves matching and mixing automotive paints, preparing and applying repaint products, and ensuring color quality.
Key responsibilities
- Match and mix automotive paint colors according to specifications.
- Prepare and apply automotive repaint products.
- Manage formulation processes and adjust colors as needed.
Required profile
- Complete high school education.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in automotive paint matching, mixing, and repaint preparation.
- Attention to detail and quality orientation.
Required skills
- Knowledge of color tools and systems.
- Numerical ability for formula calculations and adjustments.
- Interpretation of technical data sheets and safety sheets.
