Commercial Supervisor – Business Banking

About the role

The Commercial Supervisor for Business Banking will lead the credit sales team, ensuring that targets are met and strategies are adapted to achieve desired results. You will oversee pipeline development, client visits, and continuous improvement of service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the activities of the commercial team handling business credit products.
• Monitor and build individual and team business pipelines to secure credit asset placement and increase deposit balances.
• Accompany executives on follow‑up and negotiation visits to ensure service standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and conduct visits with key clients in the assigned portfolio to strengthen relationships and provide advisory support.
• Oversee field staff, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.

Required profile

• Closed curriculum in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading sales teams for financial products, especially business credit placement.
• Experience visiting high‑profile clients and managing a commercial portfolio.
• Own vehicle and availability to supervise field personnel.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and financial statements (desirable).
