Community Manager – Experto en Gestión de Comunidades

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to shape and maintain our brand’s online presence. The role involves interacting with followers, driving engagement, and supporting customers across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert in marketing and advertising, creating and managing digital ecosystems for the brand.
• Provide timely customer service to community members, monitoring messages and comments.
• Design and refresh content strategies on a quarterly basis.
• Produce and schedule engaging content, ensuring mobile‑first creativity.
• Generate reports and build content matrices aligned with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Community Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with ISO 37001 anti‑bribery principles; willingness to complete company‑provided training if not certified.
