Compensation Manager

About the role

The Compensation Manager acts as a strategic partner within the Compensation Center of Excellence and supports multiple functions across regions. This role advises HR leaders, finance, and talent acquisition on compensation strategy, market trends, and financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary compensation consultant for assigned business units, functions, and geographic regions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to design compensation solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead compensation budget planning, forecasting, and annual review cycles including merit increases and incentive planning.
• Conduct job evaluation, leveling activities, and market pricing analyses using the organization’s job architecture framework.
• Mentor and develop Compensation Analysts and Senior Compensation Analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6‑8 years of HR experience with at least 3‑5 years focused on compensation program support.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain attention to detail.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) experience.
• BetterComp or similar compensation software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
