About the role

The Junior Buyer will ensure the timely and efficient supply of materials, inputs and services required by the company. This includes planning, negotiating, managing purchases and maintaining inventory control to achieve the best cost‑benefit ratio and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end purchasing process for materials and supplies.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain optimal commercial terms.
• Supervise inventory control and warehouse replenishment.
• Coordinate physical and cyclical inventories, guaranteeing record reliability.
• Track purchase orders and material receipts.
• Prepare purchasing and inventory performance indicators and reports.
• Evaluate suppliers and propose process improvements.
• Oversee warehouse staff and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, supply, and inventory control.
• Relevant university studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Auditing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Base salary Q4,750.00 plus a Q250.00 legal incentive.
