Consumer Tech Trainer

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to lead the adoption of new Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. The role bridges technical delivery and business operations, creating training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks to enable internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a Unified Commerce training program that upskills internal teams on Shopify operations and related digital tools.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical delivery teams and regional operational or marketing teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Define, document, and maintain internal workflows, training runbooks, and repeatable processes for post‑launch e‑commerce support.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of the enablement program, including scheduling, prioritization, tracking adoption, and reporting progress.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or adoption issues, working proactively with leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and autonomy across internal teams.

Required profile

• Outstanding soft‑skill abilities, critical thinking, and adaptability.
• 2+ years of experience in program or project management, focusing on operational readiness or change management.
• Proven experience conducting training sessions and establishing train‑the‑trainer frameworks.
• Strong organizational, planning, and attention‑to‑detail capabilities.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Self‑starter mindset with a problem‑solving orientation.
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Shopify (including Shopify Plus) platform operations.
