About the role

Ceprosi Dental is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join a team that transforms smiles every day. The role involves handling the full accounting cycle, tax compliance, and inventory control within a fast‑growing dental services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Calculate, file and present taxes (IVA, ISR, withholdings, ISO).
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month‑end and year‑end closings.
• Manage inventory records using Odoo modules.
• Assist internal and external auditors during audit processes.

Required profile

• Graduated CPA with at least 5 years of experience in similar accounting positions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations and financial reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure, be proactive and analytical.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo (versions 18, 19 or 20) in accounting, finance and inventory modules.

What we offer

• Salary of Q8,000.00 plus a Q250.00 bonus, with growth opportunities after three months.
• Work schedule: Monday‑Thursday 8:00 am‑6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
• On‑site position in Zone 10, Ciudad de Guatemala.
