About the role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and results‑driven professional to expand our digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, stays on top of social‑media trends, and consistently produces high‑quality content that drives engagement and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging short‑form videos, graphics, and social‑media posts.
• Research trending topics, content formats, and competitor strategies to uncover growth opportunities.
• Edit raw footage, interviews, podcasts, and event recordings into compelling assets using CapCut or similar tools.
• Repurpose existing content into platform‑specific formats to maximise reach.
• Write captions, hooks, headlines, and calls‑to‑action aligned with brand messaging.
• Schedule and publish content on major social platforms following best practices.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to conversations, and identify interaction‑boosting opportunities.
• Analyse performance metrics and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
• Maintain organized content libraries, templates, and creative assets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in social‑media management, content creation, or video editing.
• Strong proficiency with CapCut, Canva, and major social‑media platforms.
• Understanding of social‑media trends, audience engagement, and short‑form video strategies.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
