About the role

Kalea is looking for a Communication Coordinator to lead its content and communication strategy. You will transform ideas, products, and campaigns into compelling stories that inspire, inform, and drive results for a dynamic furniture brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the editorial calendar and oversee communication campaigns.
• Coordinate content creation for social media, website, email marketing, marketplaces, and physical stores.
• Manage the internal creative team and collaborate closely with external agencies.
• Ensure all communications align with the brand’s identity and tone.
• Integrate artificial intelligence tools to streamline content production.
• Analyze performance metrics and propose data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communication, content, or marketing, preferably in retail or consumer brands.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and editorial judgment.
• Proven experience leading creative teams.
• Familiarity with digital metrics and AI‑based content tools.
