Coordinador de Ejecución – Operaciones de Campo

About the role

The Execution Coordinator will support field operations on construction sites, ensuring that excavation, back‑filling, grading and terrain shaping are carried out safely and efficiently. You will work closely with supervisors to maintain site order, safety standards and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in field tasks such as excavation, back‑fill, grading and terrain formation.
• Coordinate manual support activities including area cleaning, basic profiling, material spreading, signage and machinery guidance.
• Maintain order and safety on the work front, following supervisor instructions and complying with occupational health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Facilitate productivity, operational safety and adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Civil Engineer or Architect degree.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar construction or field coordination roles.
• Knowledge of urbanization, earthworks, pavement structures, storm‑water installations, sub‑drains and topography.
