About the role

We are looking for an Execution Coordinator for housing projects to supervise and coordinate operational processes, ensuring high standards of execution, quality, cost control and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all operational processes of assigned construction projects.
• Ensure execution meets the highest quality standards and stays within budget.
• Control costs, monitor cash‑flow and guarantee timely completion of work programs.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain competitiveness in the market.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role such as site supervisor, project administrator, project analyst, finishes resident or civil works resident.
• Background in real‑estate development or construction companies.

• Urbanization of condominiums.
• Serial (repetitive) construction.
• Vertical building construction.
• Basement construction.
• Cost estimation and costing.
• Budget preparation and control.
• Work program scheduling.
