About the role

SmartDS Media is looking for a Senior Performance Campaign Implementer who ensures every digital ad launch is technically flawless. You will lead the end‑to‑end setup, tracking and validation of campaigns across major paid media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of performance traffickers.
• Implement and audit campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Validate technical requirements before campaigns go live.
• Configure and verify pixels, conversion events, UTM parameters and Google Tag Manager setups.
• Maintain campaign structures aligned with business goals such as CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Collaborate with strategy, traffic and reporting teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience implementing performance campaigns in agencies or in‑house.
• Proven experience leading implementation teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong background with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and conversion APIs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make scaling decisions.
• High attention to detail and willingness to block incomplete launches.
