About the role

We are expanding our team and need a proactive professional to lead our IT infrastructure. The main mission is to guarantee continuous technological operations across our facilities, minimizing downtime and ensuring all systems run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internet connectivity, switches, routers, and both physical and virtual servers, including licensing and regular backups.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR units, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain video walls, display screens, ambient sound systems, and projectors for events and promotions.
• Control technical supplies, printers, critical spare parts, and keep accurate traceability of all technology assets.
• Coordinate and evaluate the performance of ISPs, hardware, software, and specialized service providers.
• Enforce IT security policies, oversee access controls, backups, and mitigate technological risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, networks, and operational technical support.
• Practical knowledge of CCTV systems, corporate audio/video equipment, and server administration.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills with external providers and contractors.
• Excellent organizational ability for inventory control of spare parts.
• Own vehicle for operational mobility.
• Flexible schedule to address critical incidents outside regular hours.
